Didn't get to the gym for cardio yesterday. I was up at 5:00 to fly out at 7:00 to Valero. The deal is looking very good. That's all I'll say (don't wanna jinx it). I've found a few foreclosures that I am going to investigate this weekend. Houses that would go for 90 to 100. I'll try to pick up for > $40K. Get something for your girls for Valentines day. Have a great weekend. I'm off on Monday for Pres. day. This company takes off more holidays. Not complaining.
