Investing

Well, I think one part of the reason that my investing career can't seem to get to take-off speed is because I have an unmotivated agent. So, I'm firing her today and having a new one find out what the hell's going on on the three properties that I've made offers on in the past few months. I didn't expect any of them to be accepted as they were all lowball offers but I at least expected some kind of response. I got nothing, like my offers just went poof.

So today hopefully I'll be able to kick some of these deals back to life.
