Checking in

Hey guys...and gal,

Jenn, welcome to our little cyber boys club. It will be a welcome respite from James' delerious rantings about post WWII neo socialism and it's effect on the pigmy population in New Guinea.

Just don't go all Martha Stewart on us with recipes, household cleaning tips and new oragamy techniques, OK?

Now, back to me. The beach house escaped that Rita bitch, relatively unharmed. There is some minor flooding in the down stairs bedroom and storage room and two feet of sand has piled up on my driveway. Fortunately, I have a friend with a tractor with a front end loader, so we should have that problem handled in about twenty minutes. Then, I plan on gouging my neighbors if they need sand removal. LOL. I'm going down on Thursday night to asses the damage.

We evacuated Houston on Wednesday night. I only thought we had a rough trip, until I way what the people who tried to get out on Thursday had to go through. We went to Arkansas, which is normally an 8 hour drive. It took us eleven hours, to get half way. I was very lucky that I booked a hotel room in Marshall, TX, so we had a bed to sleep in on Wednesday night.

James, I will try to resell the tickets on stubhub.com. If not, then we will take them to the stadium on game day and scalp them. Keep in mind that you and Mark are still on the hook for $105 each,,,Beotch!

Uh huh. Thanks, "ts."

This, my boys, is the dark side of marketing. I mean, you can't even take a leak in a bar without having to look at people's ads anymore. Nor can you post on your own weblog without having phantom comments like this be posted to it. Makes me want to rant about about, oh, the effects of post-WW2 neo-colonialism on the pygmy population of New Guinea, or something.

Anyway Rob, actually that $30 I owe you considering you never paid me back for that watch, big boy!
