Limping to the Finish Line

Dude, felt really sluggish in the gym this morning. My shoulder hurt like hell too.

4 sets Hammerstrength bench
1 set Hammerstrength incline bench
5 sets of dumbell curls
4 sets hammerstrength rows

Didn't do any shoulder work because it hurts too bad to mess with it. Plus, my energy level was really low. Shitty workout.
