Trying to get back on track!

Rebekah is taking a computer class on Mon. and Wed. night, so the kids and I had pizza for dinner. So restarting, all over again. I had Atkin's cereal this morning and drinking a shake right now. My weight has actually gone up since starting this routine, 241. I am in week 5 now, pretty exciting. I definately (<--spelling error?) see an increase in muscularity. I don't know if I told you about the new YMCA about 5 min. from the house. It has zapped my motivation to go to the gym in the early morning. I just stop in on my way home. Very conveinient.
